All in all, our stay on the coast of Maine was a most relaxing getaway. The location was perfect for exploring the Boothbay Botanical gardens or visiting the Oyster Farms on the Damariscotta. The rooms were bright and well-decorated with beautiful views of the harbor. The breakfast provided was plentiful and the restaurant offered fabulous meals. The staff and owners were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.
The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was unreliable at times, causing some inconvenience.

We were blown away by the stunning view of the harbor from the wrap-around front porch. The beautifully furnished "great room" with its fireplace was a real treat. Our room had a fabulous view of the harbor and the walls made of old growth timber strips added charm and character. The restaurant served up a delicious meal, with generous portions of perfectly cooked fish. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, with guests and owners alike making us feel right at home. we highly recommend this delightful gem of an inn.

Charming staff, convenient location, in-house bar and restaurant make for a pleasant stay. Beautifully restored with attention to detail, the room is comfortable and well-appointed. The owners are wonderful and the food is good, with duck and salmon being well-prepared. The wine pairing is also recommended.

The complementary breakfast and happy hour drinks were a nice touch. Location was great, right by the water with amazing views. Sitting on the porch watching boats go by was very relaxing.
The noise level from guests in the restaurant was unbearable. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the noise upstairs.
